1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern the access to and use of the MTTasks mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application"), developed and operated by MTTechDev (hereinafter referred to as "we", "our", or "the Company").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any of the Terms set forth herein, please do not use the Application.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MTTechDev regarding the use of the Application.

2. Acceptable Use

The Application is designed exclusively for personal use in task management, project organization, and productivity improvement. By using MTTasks, you agree to comply with the following conditions:

• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Application's systems, servers, or infrastructure.
• Do not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the Application.
• Do not use the Application for illegal, fraudulent purposes, or any activity that infringes upon the rights of third parties.
• Do not distribute, sublicense, sell, or transfer the Application or any part thereof to third parties without express authorization.
• Do not attempt to interfere with the normal operation of the Application or introduce malicious software of any kind.
• Do not use the Application in a manner that could damage, overload, or impair the services provided.

We reserve the right to take any measures we deem appropriate in the event of non-compliance with these conditions.

3. Accounts and Data

MTTasks has been designed to function without requiring a user account. The Application operates autonomously on your device, storing all data locally.

Data generated during the use of the Application, including tasks, projects, settings, and preferences, is stored directly on your device's local storage. This means you have full control over your data.

Cloud synchronization is an optional feature available exclusively to Premium plan users. If you enable this feature, your data will be transmitted and stored on secure servers to allow synchronization across devices.

We recommend performing regular backups of your data to prevent any accidental data loss.

4. In-App Purchases

MTTasks offers additional features through in-app purchases. The available plans are as follows:

Payment processing: All purchases and subscriptions are processed through Google Play Store. MTTechDev does not directly store or process financial or payment information.

Automatic renewal: Premium plan subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually), unless the user cancels beforehand.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Google Play Store account settings. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to Premium features until the end of the current paid billing period.

Refunds: Refund requests are subject to Google Play Store's refund policy. We recommend reviewing Google Play's policies for more information about the refund process.

5. Intellectual Property

The MTTasks Application, including but not limited to its design, source code, user interface, graphics, logos, icons, and original content, is the exclusive property of MTTechDev and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Application in accordance with these Terms. This license does not imply any transfer of ownership or intellectual property rights over the Application.

All content created by the user within the Application (tasks, notes, projects, etc.) belongs exclusively to the user. MTTechDev does not claim any ownership rights over user-generated content.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

MTTechDev does not guarantee that the Application will function uninterruptedly, error-free, or that it will be available at all times. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MTTechDev shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data stored locally on the user's device.
• Direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Application.
• Economic losses resulting from reliance on the Application.
• Issues arising from incompatibilities with the user's device or operating system.

We strongly recommend performing regular backups of your data to prevent any accidental loss of information.

7. Modifications to the Terms

MTTechDev reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion. Modifications will take effect upon publication.

Significant changes will be communicated to users through Application updates, in-app notifications, or by publishing the updated Terms on our website.

Continued use of the Application after the publication of modified Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the Application.

8. Termination

MTTechDev reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Application, without prior notice, if it is determined that you have violated any of these Terms.

You may discontinue use of the Application at any time by uninstalling it from your device. Termination of use shall not affect any obligations or liabilities previously incurred.

Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including but not limited to provisions regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law, shall remain in effect after termination.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Peru, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Application shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the city of Lima, Peru. Both parties agree to submit to such jurisdiction.
